what it mainly spurred from
was this sorta feeling of
if i have, like, a random thought that would pop into my head:
where it would be "what if i committed this action? what if i were to do this immoral thing? what if i were to do, what if i were to say this to this person?" you know, while i'm talking to someone, right... "what if i were to say this or do this to this person?"
i-it doesn't...
the thoughts don't necessarily mean anything.
you know, they're the sorta thing that kinda just zooms by i-in your head.
every time that would happen i would give it meaning.
"well, does that mean i'm this? does that mean i'm that... that type of person that would do such an action?"
then i'm thinking: "what IF i did it?" and not "i AM going to do it?"
the more that i was thinking of what those sorta thoughts meant, um,
the more that i got sunk into depressive, an-anxious sorta feelings that came with...
contemplating them...
over and over...
